Barry joined the family business in 2022 after retiring from a 15 year career as a First Responder. Barry combines vast experience in real estate, investments, and operations to lead growth in new markets for TGE Solar. He believes your home is the best investment. In his free time he loves to travel and spend time with his wife, family, and friends - and is always cheering on the OSU Buckeyes.

Bianca leads TGE Solutions' frontline sales team with energy, expertise, and a customer-first mindset. She brings a natural ability to connect with homeowners, walking them through their options with clarity and zero pressure. When she's not helping families go solar, she's mentoring new reps and building the culture that makes TGE's sales team stand out.

Austen brings years of hands-on roofing experience to his role as Director of Roofing at TGE Solutions. Known for his practical knowledge and dedication to quality craftsmanship, he ensures every roofing project is built to last and meets the highest standards.
Caitlyn Roberts
Project Manager
With 18 years of customer service experience, Caitlyn oversees the full installation process from site visit and permitting through final inspection, staying a point of contact long after the project wraps. She enjoys traveling with her husband and two boys.

Robbie brings a background in fine jewelry retail management and a steady, detail-oriented approach to project management. Outside of work she enjoys time with her grandchildren, cooking, pickleball, and traveling with her husband.
