Barry joined the family business in 2022 after retiring from a 15 year career as a First Responder. Barry combines vast experience in real estate, investments, and operations to lead growth in new markets for TGE Solar. He believes your home is the best investment. In Barry’s free time he loves to travel and spend time with his wife, family, and friends. Barry is a sports enthusiast and is always cheering on the OSU BUCKEYES!

Drew brings over four years of hands-on experience in the solar industry, with a strong background in design, engineering, installation, and operations. He spent three years contributing across multiple departments, followed by a year focused on residential roof-mount installations. Drew holds an associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Cincinnati State and is NABCEP PV Associate certified. He also holds design and installation certifications with Enphase, SolarEdge, and FranklinWH, making him a versatile and knowledgeable asset to any solar project.

Robbie serves as a Project Manager at TGE, bringing a unique blend of leadership, organization, and people skills to the team. Earlier in her career, she worked as a fine jewelry manager and salesperson before dedicating several years to raising her family as a stay-at-home mom. Now a proud grandmother of three, she enjoys spending her free time with her grandchildren, cooking, playing pickleball, and traveling with her husband. She is also actively involved in her church community and cherishes time with her close-knit group of girlfriends.

With 18 years of experience in customer service, Caitlyn has built her career around strong communication, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. As a Project Manager in the solar industry, she oversees the entire installation process—from the initial site visit and permitting to final inspection and client approval. She remains a dedicated point of contact even after the project is complete, ensuring each homeowner feels supported and confident in their investment. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys traveling with her husband and seeking out new adventures with their two boys.

Donavynn spearheads growth at TGE Solutions by developing scalable solar sales strategies tailored to meet each customer’s unique needs. With a strong focus on mentoring and empowering his team, he ensures that clients receive knowledgeable, personalized guidance throughout their solar journey. Outside of work, Donavynn is deeply committed to supporting his community and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Project manager- Hannah is a customer success enthusiast with over 15 years of leadership experience, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention. She is passionate about working with mission-focused organizations, which is one of the many reasons why she joined the TGE Solar team in 2023. Hannah enjoys helping clients throughout their solar journey. Outside of work, Hannah is focused on her family including her husband, two children, and their rescue dog, Reggie.

With a strong background in sales and a passion for building meaningful connections, Talyah drives marketing and customer engagement at TGE Solutions. Known for combining strategic insight with a personal touch, she ensures every client feels valued and supported throughout their journey.
